Subtle flavour of soup as I felt the fennel was a little overpowering. I might try it with coconut milk next time.

I have just poured myself a second bowl of this lovely soup.  Instead of the milk, I used a 270ml can of Coconut Cream and a bit of extra water.  I was a bit concerned because the smell of the fennel was quite strong, but it turned out deliciously.  Thanks for a great recipe.

Absolutely delicious!  Will do this one again, and I love the fact that Ginger is so healthy (fights cancer cells, and a natural anti-inflam).  Yum, thank you!
