Ingredients

Cauliflower Soup

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 grams spring onion
  • 25 grams oil for shallow frying
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons stock paste
  • 500 grams water, boiled
  • 350 grams cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 100 grams potato, 1/2 a medium potato ( cubed )
  • 200 grams Milk of choice
  • 100 grams red onion, chopped
  • 60 grams honey or sweet syrup

Recipe's preparation

    Vegan Cauliflower Soup
  1. Place garlic and spring onions into TM bowl and chop for 5 secs on speed 6, scrape down TM bowl with spatula.

    Add  oil and saut'e for 1 min at 100 degrees on speed 1.

    Add flour,  stock paste and boiled water set for 2 mins at 100 degress at Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

    Add cauliflower and potato set for 16 mins at 100 degrees on speed 1

    Add red onion and honey or syrup to a saucepan and saute for 8-10 mins

    Puree mixture in TM to desired consistency for 1 min slowly going from speed 1 - 7 .

    Add red onion " bacon"  and milk of choice for 2 min at 100 degrees on speed 2 [reverse]    .
