Super healthy and delicious soup. I add a carrot, reduce the garlic and off we go. Simple and tasty. Thanks for the recipe
That. Is. A. Lot. Of. Garlic.

Was delicious I just added A little sweet potato also, yummy !
yum
Switched onion for bacon and used onion and garlic infused oils. Added cream after blending. Also salt and pepper. Delicious.
Very nice. I like a creamy soup, so added 50g of Philadelphia cheese
I halved the garlic and added mushrooms. My partner loves it. Unfortunately, I can't eat it as too much garlic makes me ill. Is there another alternative to garlic?
Sooooooo delicious.
Made this tonight for 1st time. I cooked the oinions a bit longer to ensure they were cooked through. I also added 1 carrot.
What a delicious finish. So creamy and full of flavour and also very healthy.
Thank you for this great recipe. It was a hit for dinner served on a cold night.
Quick, easy and delicious!
Easy, excellent tasting Zucchini soup. Made without onion and still great.
