Recipe's preparation

  1. Quarter onion & roughly chop zucchini manually

    Chop onion & garlic Speed 5, 3 Seconds

    Add olive oil, sauté, 90 degrees, Speed 1, 3 minutes 

    Add zucchini & stock, cook 100 degrees, Speed 1/2, 17 minutes

    Blend Speed 9, 40 seconds

    Serve

    had to make a second batch with no garlic and mix them together.

    Switched onion for bacon and used onion and garlic infused oils. Added cream after blending. Also salt and pepper. Delicious.

    I halved the garlic and added mushrooms. My partner loves it. Unfortunately, I can't eat it as too much garlic makes me ill. Is there another alternative to garlic?

    Sooooooo delicious.

    Made this tonight for 1st time. I cooked the oinions a bit longer to ensure they were cooked through. I also added 1 carrot.

    What a delicious finish. So creamy and full of flavour and also very healthy.

    Thank you for this great recipe. It was a hit for dinner served on a cold night.
