I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 200 c (fan forced).
2. Place the parmesan cheese in the Thermomix mixing bowl "Closed lid" and mix for 10 sec / speed 7, or until it resembles fine parmesan cheese.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 10 sec / speed 5, or until the dough resembles a course mixture. You may need to scrape down the sides and mix again for a few seconds to incorporate all ingredients.
4. Place dough on wax paper and shape into a round disc. Place another piece of wax paper on top and roll until desired thickness. (See Tip at the bottom of the post for thumbnail images.)
5. Prior to placing into oven, reduce heat to 180 c. Bake for 8 – 12 minutes. This can burn quite easy so keep a watch. I quite like the burnt taste in these crisps, so I let the edges crisp up.
6. Once cooled, break into smaller pieces to enjoy. Note: If you prefer, in step 4 you can cut dough into specific shapes prior to baking.
