I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Turn oven to 180C
Put celery and onion into TM. Blend 3 sec speed 5.
Add cottage cheese, walnuts or pecans, eggs and soy sauce. Blend 10 sec speed 5.
Add breadcrumbs, rolled oats and salt and pepper. "Counter-clockwise operation" 10 sec speed 2.
Leave for 10 minutes to thicken. If it is still too wet to fill the puff pastry, add more breadcrumbs and leave 10 minutes.
When you are happy with the consistency of the filling, put a sheet of puff pastry on the bench and cut it in half. Put a line of filling down one side and brush the other side with beaten egg. Roll the pastry up, making sure the folded edge is underneath so it doesn't unfold during cooking. Brsh the top and repeat with the other half. Then continue with the rest of the pastry and filling.
Place on a baking tray and cook for about 20 minutes until brown on top.
Serve with tomato sauce or chilli sauce.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
