I doubled the recipe but added 250gm of rolled oats instead of doubling biscuits and used Granita biscuits. Also threw in some dates that needed using up and added a whole tin on condensed milk (so i didnt eat the left over in tin). I didnt double the chocolate for topping just drizzled it over the top. YUMMO

I didn't have a packet of plain sweet biscuits, so I used about 100g of biscuits and then made up the rest with rolled oats. Also added sultana's. Worked perfectly and was delicious.

This is really delicious and easy. I did tweak it a little bit to my tastes: doubled the amount of apricot and added a bit more condensed milk. I also used only about 50g of melted white chocolate to drizzle over the top.

    Thanks for the recipe tmrc_emoticons.)

Yummy. My eldest son's favourite slice. Great for school snacks. I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil for the icing part. And I love the fact that it's a no bake recipe  tmrc_emoticons.)

Made this today, was very yummy. I substituted the apricots for Cranberries (as I didn't have any apricots) and the white choc for milk choc. Delish!

This is delicious.  Didn't have white choc, so I made using cream cheese icing instead. Will definitely make again

Quick, easy and delicious!  I used gingernut biscuits too, which gave the base a great taste.
