- 300 g icing sugar
- 30 g champagne

Place Butter and Icing Sugar into the Thermomix bowl.
Set time for 15 seconds/speed 2/"Counter-clockwise operation" .
Scrape down the sides of bowl with your Spatula. Now add in the champagne.
Set time for 3min45sec/speed2/"Counter-clockwise operation"
Tip
If you live in a hot climate, use butter straight from fridge (butter should not be oily).
If you live in a cool climate, bring butter to room temp before making.

So much better than the icing recipe on the chip!! And I substituted the bubbles for milk because they were for kids
