Ingredients

Brownie base

  • 1 package Brownie mix
  • Ingredients as per box

Filling

  • 40g Butter, Softened
  • 85g cream cheese, Chopped
  • 40g cream
  • 1/2 tspn Peppermint Extract
  • 2 drops Green Food Colouring, Optional
  • 450g icing sugar

Chocolate Ganache

  • 100g Choc bits/melts
  • 80g cream

Recipe's preparation

    How to:
  1. Base:
    Follow ingredients and directions on the box. Spread in a lined slice tin. Bake as directed. Leave in the pan to cool.

    Filling:
    Combine butter, cheese, cream, extract and colouring,
    45secs/sp4. Scrape and repeat if necessary.

    Spread ad evenly over cold brownie layer. Place in the fridge to set a little.

    Chocolate ganache:
    Combine ingredients to melt in a microwave safe bowl, until melted and smooth.
    Spread smoothly over the filling.
    Place in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

    Cut it into small squares to serve.
    Keep in the fridge.

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
