I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Weigh in sugar and cocoa, 3 sec spd 9 to remove lumps
Add in Butter, Cream cheese and Vanilla, 30 sec spd 5 or until smooth
Tip
This is enough to ice one 30cm cake or 24 cupcakes. Pipes well and holds its shape. Delicious to fill kids celebration cakes. Pairs well with //www.recipecommunity.com.au/baking-sweet-recipes/easy-rich-chocolate-cake/51297
I use Coles Spreadable Cream Cheese and any leftover can be kept in the used container. Trust me, you will not be wanting to throw any away!!

Omg so yum! Pipes easily - just delicious. Will be my go to frosting from now on!
Oh wow! So smooth and delicious! It really is as easy and tasty as it says. Followed the recipe exactly. 😋😋
Such an easy and delicious frosting to make and work with, thank you.
Delicious! Makes a huge quantity, and can easily be halved.
Absolutely surprisingly delicious! Thank you so much. xx
If I use this as a filling for my cake (before I cover in ganache and fondant) do I have to keep the cake in the fridge after?
This was perfect! Everyone raved about it 😍
Used this on GF cumquat, chocolate and chia cake recipe by Pinklady and was a big hit with all. Will be my go to recipe for icing from now on.
This is my favourite icing for cakes and cupcakes now. Have made it so many times it's the yummiest and easiest and no change required to the recipe!
Cannot fault this recipe. Have made 3x, consistently good, yielding smooth, silky cream that's beautifyl to pipe.
