Ingredients
Double choc chip muffins
- 150 grams plain flour
- 90 grams wholemeal flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 150 grams raw sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 250 grams Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- 40 grams choc chips dark, extra

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Place 18 cup cake cases in muffin tins
Place 150 g of raw sugar in TM bowl and mill for 5 seconds on speed 9
Add dark chocolate in pieces to the TM bowl and grind for 5 seconds on speed 9
Add all other ingredients except the extra choc chips to TM bowl and mix for 30 - 40 seconds on speed 4-5
Pour into 18 cup cake liners (or 12 muffin liners if your prefer the bigger size)
Sprinkle each with the extra choc chips and bake in oven for 15-18 minutes.
