A great muffin recipe. Converts well to dairy free. My kids love them.
These are excellent. I used wholemeal SR flour, cacao powder and cacao nibs. Followed the quantities exactly but increased the nibs to 155g. Delicious!
Made these today for my girls school lunches. I doubled the choc chips& next time I make these I will double the cocoa for a richer chocolate muffin mixture. They look great&mine made 25, thanks for the recipe

Yummy and good texture.
Made these today - they are beautiful! I doubled the choc chips and used the 400g flour as per the recipe and they are devine!
A nice muffin, but a bit too floury, even though i only used 390g of flour. Hoping they freeze ok as there are 2 dozen!
Really lovely muffin. We reduced the flour to 400grams also and it was perfect. Thanks for a great recipe!
