- Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 250°C and line a baking tray with some paper (or silicon mat)
- 2.Mix all ingredients together for 4 secs/speed 4 in your jug, or blender. If using your blender mix on med spd.
- 3.Pour out onto your lined baking tray and form into a rectangle and flatten slightly with your hands. You might need a little flour on your hands to stop it sticking.
- 4.Cut into squares and separate slightly (these will rise when cooking). Then brush with a little milk.
- 5.Bake 10-15 mins until golden. Leave to cool slightly on oven tray.
Tip
These are great served with fresh raspberry jam and whipped cream.

This is my go to recipie for scones & everyone loves them!
Can these be frozen?
Quick and easy. Thank you.
These are the lightest and fluffiest scones I have ever made ! Used 1/2 lemonade and 1/2 soda water as I had too little lemonade. Seem to be much lighter with the addition of the soda water . Wonderful scones 👍😄
These turned out great even though I did a couple of things wrong! The lemonade was still cold and even the flour was cold!! but they still worked! wow
The most amazing scones I've ever had
I use the same recipe but substitue the lemonade for sparkling mineral or soda water - avoiding the sugar or sweetner
