Yum, just made these for the kids and they have been declared as 'the best cookies ever'. I'll definitely reduce the amount of sugar and honey next time as they are very sweet.
These cookies are THE absolute favourite thing I bake in my house. My 4 kids absolutely love them. I've been making them weekly for years now.
thanks for a fantastic recipe

Reduced sugar to 80grams, only added 30 grams of honey. Plenty sweet enough.
such an easy recipe to make with the kids! So tasty, all of my family love these cookies
Nice biscuits for school lunches. Easy to follow recipe. I added apricots and White choc chips for something different. Very tasty. Many thanks
Delicious & soft!!
Put 80g sugar and it was heaps, but otherwise loved this recipe. Thanks.
Delicious!! Big favourite in my house!!
Loved these. Modified the recipe a bit and only put in 100 grams of sugar and no honey and they were still sweet enough. Had to cook about double the time and the biscuits did not really spread so did that half way through cooking myself. In saying that they have been a hit and I will definitely make them again. Next time I'd probably cut the sugar down a bit more again and replace with honey to make a bit more moist. Thank you!

Like some others I used spelt flour, and I think the honey could probably be reduced or left out but 12 minutes and they hardened once out of the oven. Amazing!
