Yum, just made these for the kids and they have been declared as 'the best cookies ever'. I'll definitely reduce the amount of sugar and honey next time as they are very sweet.

Reduced sugar to 80grams, only added 30 grams of honey. Plenty sweet enough.

Loved these. Modified the recipe a bit and only put in 100 grams of sugar and no honey and they were still sweet enough. Had to cook about double the time and the biscuits did not really spread so did that half way through cooking myself. In saying that they have been a hit and I will definitely make them again. Next time I'd probably cut the sugar down a bit more again and replace with honey to make a bit more moist. Thank you!

Like some others I used spelt flour, and I think the honey could probably be reduced or left out but 12 minutes and they hardened once out of the oven. Amazing!
