Preheat Oven to 180
- 300 gram SR. FLOUR
- 130 gram BrownSugar
- 130 gram Butter
- 100 gram WhiteChocChips
- 150 gram frozen raspberries
- 1 egg
- 130 gram Milk

1. Place the Flour, Sugar and Butter into Bowl - MIX 12 Seconds Speed 6
2. Remove Half of this mix and press into a greased/Lined slice tray, be sure to really pack it down tight !
3. Add Milk and Egg to remaining flour mix and MIX for 5 seconds on speed 6
4. Add Chocolate Chips and Frozen Berries ( I broke my berries up a little first) - Then MIX speed 2-3 REVERSE until combined (approx 5 seconds)
5. Pour the mixture over your base mix and spread out evenly, Bake for 30-35 mins or until golden on top, allow to cool in the tin, slice and serve, a dusting of icing sugar looks pretty

made this today but it took longer to cook than stated......tastes ok
This was yummy. Mixed berries had defrostead a bit so was rather a strange colour but that didn't matter the family still loved it.
