Ingredients

Rocky Road Cookies

  • 120 g Butter
  • 120 g sugar raw
  • 120 g plain flour
  • 120 g self-raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 level tbsp Milk
  • 1 heaped tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 --- Cup, chopped mix ins, Choc chips, nuts, marshmallows, lollies

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180* fan forced and line 2 baking trays with baking sheets or paper
    2. Put all ingredients into Closed lid"Closed lid" except mix-ins and mix 15secs sp 6 until ingredients come together
    3. Add mix-ins into Closed lid"Closed lid" and mix 10secs Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" sp3
    4. Scoop out spoon fulls of mixture, roll into balls and place on baking trays, flattening slightly
    5. Place into oven and bake 12-15mins until cookies start to firm
    6. Allow to cool on tray for 10 mins or until firm enough to move to a cooling rack to cool completely
    7. Enjoy!

Tip

Drizzle melted chocolate over the top for ultimate decadence.
Allow to cool before consuming as some mix-ins may be hotter than the cookie itself.
I used gluten free flour for this recipe, use gluten free mix-ins to make them completely gluten free
