Recipe's preparation

    CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
  1. Preheat oven at  200C.

Line muffin tin with cup cake papers

    1.     Chop Butter & Chocolate for 5 sec on speed 5, (scrape down the side)

    2.     Melt Butter & Chocolate 2mins 60c on speed 1,

    3.     Add eggs, sugar & vanilla essence, mix for 5 sec on speed 3 or 4,

    4.     Add flour & coco and mix for 5 sec on speed 3 or 4,

    5.     Pour mixture into cupcake papers & bake for  20mins-  mixture should still be gooey. Do not overcook.

    6.  Place brownies right away on a cooling rack & while still warm press down the middle to make a thumbprint indentation.

    7.  While the brownies are cooling down slice the strawberries in a heart shape.

    8.  Insert Butterfly then whip the cream with the icing sugar 30 seconds to a minute Speed 4  - don't over beat!!

    9. Add the whipped cream to a pipping bag (i used a star nozel) & pipe the top of the brownies then place a strawberry heart on top.

    10.  Store in a container in the fridge, sprinkle with a dusting of icing sugar!!

Tip

Do not over bake otherwise the brownies can dry out.

Sugar can be reduced to 250g for a less sweet brownie.

    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
