Grain free/Keto Raspberry Granola
- 65 grams coconut oil
- 10 grams vanilla extract
- 75 grams sugar free maple syrup, or natural fibre syrup
- 70 grams almond, raw
- 75 grams Coconut chips
- 75 grams raw cashews
- 60 grams walnuts
- 75 grams sunflower seeds
- 60 grams pumpkin seeds
- 25 grams chia seeds
- 180 grams flaked almonds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinches salt
- 15 grams Freeze dried raspberries

- 1) Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2) Place coconut oil, vanilla extract and syrup into "Closed lid" and heat 2 minutes /60 degrees /speed 1, or until melted.
3) Weigh all remaining ingredients EXCEPT freeze dried raspeberries into bowl. Mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed4 / 4-5seconds
4) Spread granola mixture onto prepared tray evenly and bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway though baking. Bake until golden and crisp.
5) Allow to cool before stirring through freeze dried raspberries.
6) When completely cool, store in glass jar.
