I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 165 degrees, and line baking trays with ThermoMats or baking paper.
Add plain flour, wholemeal flour, sesame seeds, salt and oregano to "Closed lid" .
Mix 5 seconds / speed 4.
Add water, olive oil and sesame oil to "Closed lid" .
Mix 5 seconds / speed 4, then "Dough mode" 30 seconds.
Divide the dough into 4 portions, and roll out onto ThermoMats as thinly as possible. Each ball of dough should yield a triangle about 34x16cm. Cut each rectangle into strips measuring about 4x17cm and roll again. They need to be nearly see through.
Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with flaky salt.
Bake in oven until crisp and lightly golden - about 15 to 18 minutes.
Allow to cool fully before storing in air tight container.
Tip
Can substitute orgegano with fennel, dried chilli flakes, or finely grated parmesan. Can also use 40gm of just one type of sesame seeds.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Yummo! I live rural, didnt have any wholemeal flour, blitzed up scotch oats, works and tastes great. No oregano either used cumin..tastes great,
sharenmcd: Rosemary sounds delish. Glad you enjoyed.
So easy, so delicious. Will try with fresh rosemary next time instead of the oregano.
They were perfect on my cheese platter, just like the fancy ones you buy for $ 12! These would have cost no more than $ 2.
