I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add the water to the TM bowl. Place the eggs into the TM basket and insert into the TM bowl. Soft boil the eggs for 9-11 minutes, Varoma, Speed 1.
2. Place the asparagus into the Varoma tray (not the dish - in the tray they will lie flat). After 3 minutes (i.e. when the eggs have 8 minutes to go), place the Varoma dish and tray onto the TM and cover with the steaming lid.
3. Be careful when removing the steamed asparagus, and use the spatula to remove the TM basket, to avoid burns.

Fantastic easy recipe thank you! I cooked all mine for 8 1/2 minutes, was great but next time I think I will try for 7 1/2 mins because I like my eggs a bit runnier. Thanks so much for taking the time to post
I'm glad you liked the asparagus! Thanks for the comment, I have now adjusted the cooking time range slightly. I realise that I like my soft-boiled eggs a little firmer in the whites, and soft in the yolk - it's such a personal thing! Thanks for the feedback

Great alternative to bread soldiers! Next time I will cook my eggs a little less - i used xl eggs straight from fridge and were a bit overdone for me but still delicous
