  • 200 g Milk
  • 650 g bakers flour
  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. 1. Pour Water, MIlk, sugar and Yeast.Closed lid"Closed lid" mix 10s/sp2

    2. While mixing add approximately 2cm boilling water to Thermoserver.

    3. Add Flour then Salt to TM bowl. Closed lid"Closed lid" mix 10s/sp6

    4. Select knead funtion Dough mode"Dough mode"  and knead for 2min 

    5. Empty and dry Thermoserver

    6. Turn out onto floured board knead to combine.

    7. Place dough into Thermoserver and allow to rise with lid on untill double the size or fills thermoserver.

    8. Knead again on well floured board.

    9. shape into loaf

    10. Brush lightly with warm milk

    11. Cook @ 180 degrees Celsius for 40mins 

     

     

Tip

Full cream Milk can be replaced with Lite, Soy, Lactose etc

Instead of making a loaf turn into individual rolls. cook for less time.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
