Ingredients
Dough
- 360 g lukewarm water
- 2 level teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 level teaspoons sugar
- 2 level teaspoons bread improver
- 1 level teaspoons salt
- 25 g milk powder
- 20 g oil
- 600 g bakers flour
Filling
- 350 g Shaved Ham
- 200 g grated cheese
- mayonnaise

- 1. Add all dough ingredients to the thermomix bowl in the order listed
2.Mix for 15 seconds/ Speed 3
3.Knead the dough for 8 minutes, Dough function
4.Tip the dough onto a lightly floured Silicone Baking mat.
5.Wrap and rest in a warm place, or oven set to Defrost Setting at 30°C for 15 minutes.
6. Using a Silicone Baking Mat, punch the dough down and using a rolling pin, shape into a large 50 x 35cm rectangle.
7. Spread with the Mayo, top with grated mozzarella cheese and ham.
8. Roll the dough into a tube and using a dough cutter, slice into 12 equal sized pieces
9. Place on a small silicone mat, cover to prevent drying out and rest in a warm place, or oven set to Defrost Setting at 30°C for 30 minutes
10. Remove the cover from the scrolls and place in oven at 180°C.
11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Remove from oven and serve hot or cold.
