1. Preheat oven 180 degrees. Lightly oil bread pan or prepare baking paper.
2. Add flaxseeds/linseeds to the bowl, mill 9 sec/Speed 9.
3. Add arrowroot, baking powder and sea salt, mix 6 sec/Speed 6.
4. Add eggs, egg whites, oil and vinegar, mix 6 sec/Speed 6.
5. Bake loaf for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. (For muffins, should be about 20-25 minutes).
Paleo Fluffy Bread Loaf
Tip
Can add 50g of almonds and reduce flaxseeds/linseeds to 100g to make a darker loaf.

Lovely fluffy loaf. I used sunflower seeds and almonds instead of flackseeds and it worked beautifully.
