I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place garlic, parsley, chilli, thyme and salt and pepper into TM bowl and blitz 10 seconds/speed 7 until fine
Add remaining ingedients and mix speed 6/ 5 seconds, until slightly combined
Knead "Dough mode" for 2 minutes or until a dough like comsistency is formed.
Set aside for 15-20 minutes in bread mat or bowl covered with cling wrap or tea towl
Divide dough into 8 portions. Roll each portion into a ball shape an then with rolling pin roll out into circles about a few millimeter thin.
Place a large frying pan on medium heat an once warm place 1 tortilla at a time to cook.
(I found once they made contact with the pan they shrunk a bit). Once they start bubbling a bit they are a good time to turn. Keep an eye on them so they dont burn. You need them to be flexible still.
Using bread mat
Tip
I cooked my slightly longer as I liked the colour and look of them, rather than a "just cooked appearance"
Can be frozen, just thaw and warm before eating.
These made great kid friendly size wraps.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
