So great as a dairy free deserst quick and easy. So yum.
This is delicious; and so simple to make! I added a little bit extra cacao powder and a sprinkle of raw sugar. Great recipe!
Miss 4 & Miss 7 absolutely love this dessert and mom loves it too, cause it really is 30 seconds to whip together!!
Made tonight. Really lovely. Could only slightly taste the coconut and couldnt taste the avocado at all but I only used a really small one. Added a little bit more honey and it was perfect.
Delicious!
I used 1/2 coconut cream and half cows milk cream. I doubled the cacao also
Great easy and quick recipe! Thanks
Thank you Sarah!
I am dairy free ATM due to BF my baby. This made me feel like I wasnt missing out
I would add a bit more cacao next time for a more chocolatey taste!
Thanks again - this is awesome!
Sarah
I added another tablespoon of cacao powder and some raw sugar and some rice syrup. It needed some sweeteners for my taste and then it was lovely.
Not for us Far too much coconut. The chooks enjoyed the left overs so not a total waste.

A 5 * recipe added to my favourites. Thank you so much, Sarah.
Tips: Double cocoa powder for a more chocolaty taste.Be careful with amount of liquid, add less to start with. Use butterfly whisk.
I did not have coconut cream; substituted iwth a few spoons of coconut milk.
Double the quantity, as the recipe is small and the mousse keeps well in the fridge.
