Recipe's preparation

    ingredients :
  1. whizz biscuits in Closed lid"Closed lid" for 10 sec on speed 6, add amaretto and soft butter, and mix on Dough mode"Dough mode"  for 30 seconds.

add melted chocolate ( easier to melt it in microwave , so bowl doesn't have to be washed in between ), and mix on Dough mode"Dough mode" for 15 seconds or until smooth. Transfer in a bowl and put in fridge for at least 1 hour.  with hands roll mixture into balls, i like them a nice size.. and roll in chocolate sprinkles, or cocoa.

will keep in the fridge for a month, never last that long here.. or they can be frozenl

  2. Same method goes for Cointreau  Truffles, 130g of spongefingers and 90 g of cointreau....

those truffles can be rolled in vanilla sugar, chocolate sprinkles, covered with melted chocolate, or icing sugar.... we prefer icing sugar or covered in white chocolate and drizzled with milk chocolate

Tip

goes for TM 31 or TM5... work with cold hands to form the truffles
