I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add both items into bowl and process on speed 10 for 1 minute (scrape sides) then process speed 10 again for 1 minute.
Check consistency, when squeezed together it should be very moist as the oils from the coconut are starting to turn into coconut butter. This is what binds it.
Press into lined loaf tin. I used the back of the MC to help. Sprinkle with extra dedicated coconut.
Refrigerate to set. Then cut once cooled.

Fantastic! Added about another 50g of apricots on top of what was suggested too
I'm not sure what happened but these weren't yummy like the comments suggested, maybe I did something wrong? They were very dry and bland and not enjoyable. . I'll stick to my usual recipe which has dates & coconut oil as well.
A guilt free goodie! - thank you
love these! I also add 50g of Dates & 50g Figs to the recipe
Lovely, healthy and simple
Delicious and so easy. Thanks for sharing
SO easy! Thank-you. Nerver buying the store one again!
Brilliant, much better than the store bought. My child with aspergers said he still likes the store bought but will eat these. It's a win for me!
Threw in a handful of macadamia's at the end, speed 5 until chopped up a bit. Gave slice some crunch and extra tasty.
I love this recipe use it all the time - so quick & easy, thanks so much. I like to add 1/2 a vanilla bean to it as well!
