- 100g Grated fresh ginger
- 400g avocado puree, aprox 1 1/2 avocados

blend avocado to make puree
put cream/sugar/egg yolks/gingerand pinch salt in jug cook 8mins/90/speed 2
add avocado puree and blend till well combined approx 2mins speed 4
i then put into ice cube trays and left to freeze overnight,you can then pop into freezer bag and blend on speed 10 as required
original recipe said put into tary and break up to blend i find my way fiddly but you can just do enough for say 2 portions as it does set solid just remove from freezer before serving

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
