Can anyone advise what speed for roasting the nuts & coconut please?
It seems to be left off the method.
    Thanks

Spectacular thanks! Substituted in dried cranberries as we can’t get dried cherry local. My 2 1/2 y/o also loves his ‘sprinkles’ and I don’t feel bad putting them on his food. Use this one for Black Forrest shortbread, just add in 1-2 Tbs to my normal shortbread recipe for a nice treat.

Delicious. Only problem is I need to make it every couple of weeks to keep the toddler from having a tandrum if we run out of "chocolate sprinkles". I use sultanas or whatever dried fruit I have in place of cherries sometimes. Thank you!
