I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180° / 160° fan forced.
- Line a square cake tin with baking paper.
- Place chocolate in TM bowl (broken into a few pieces) and chop 5 sec / speed 10.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix 10 sec / speed 5.
- Scrape down and repeat 10 sec / speed 5.
- Pour into prepared tin.
- Be quick as it is very sticky! When you have removed most of it place bowl back on TM and blitz 3 sec / speed 10 to get more off the blades.
- Add to tin.
- Bake in oven for 20 mins.
- When cool cut and dust with icing sugar.

Cadburys Top Deck Chocolate Slice
Tip
I think it is easier to get it all out of the "Closed lid" if you make your own condensed milk. The homemade condensed milk is not quite as thick as the can when it is first made (it does thicken up) - but if you work quickly by getting the mixture into the cake tin I think it is easier to get it all out of the "Closed lid" .
