Love. Just cashew and water for me, and it was delicious.

Unbelievably creamy and totally delicious! I didn't get to soak the cashews but it did not seem to affect the flavour. A fabulous alternative for my vegan nephew. Thank you!

Once I added the maple and vanilla it was really delicious and so similar to dairy cream. Here's hoping my picky  DF son will like it!

    Delicious Regards,

I added a dash of vanilla. Yummy. Just like my Mum used to make when we were kids.

Thank you... I melted chocolate 2-3 mins at 50degree sp 3... use white chocolate that I put in fridge overnight... I was just using what I had but up to a full block 200 to250g would work... heat longer if needed...

Then I added cashews with water as per your recipe a dash of maple syrup and are now putting it on the almond flourless cake (everyday book) that request a ganache on top.... yum . It was a real hit everyone loved it. Thank you

I'm sure you could, try a couple of tablespoons plus some maple syrup to taste tmrc_emoticons.)
