Chia Apricot Balls
- 260 grams Cashews, raw
- 6 --- Apricots, dried
- 2 tbsp white chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- Coconut, to coat

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place all ingredients except for coconut into TMX bowl,
mix on speed 7 for 5 seconds.
Roll mixture into balls and then in coconut.
Refridgerate for a few hours and then enjoy!
Tip
I use Angus Park soft & juicy apricots. If using dried apricots you might like to soak them in the orange juice beforehand to soften them.
