Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

A little too seedy for us and no trace of raspberry flavour.
These are delish second and 3rd time making them now
We used half Almonds and half Cashew nuts. I couldnt find any Flaxseed so substituted it with Acai berries. I did need to blitz the nuts for a bit longer than the recipe stated and added a little bit of water as it was very dry. Next time I will try a greater proportion of Cashews in the mix and I might use a little honey, maybe more cocoa too.
Miss 13 is looking forward to trying these with blueberries too. Oh the possibilities are endless!!
Used half almonds and half walnuts very very bland tried adding coconut but didn't help
I used chocolate protein powder and frozen blueberries as that's all I had and these were delicious. I did have to add a dash of water to bind them but that's because I used extra protein powder, maybe 4 tablespoons and an extra tablespoon of flaxseeds.
Great recipe I also added vanilla essence and honey.
I have tried quite a few protein ball recipes but usually find most to be fairly bland an unexciting.
I was pleasantly surprised with this recipe - the subtle flavour of raspberry was a nice addition. I halved this recipe as I wanted to use up my leftover 'almond meal' from making my last batch of almond milk and used a combination of almonds and cashews to make up the weight.
it still made 15 balls even though I halved the recipe - perfect!
