- 100 g sugar
- 250 g copha
- 60-80 g chocolate
- 30 g cocoa
- 140 g rice, bubbles
- 80 g coconut - desiccated or shredded
- 100's & 1000's (optional)

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill for 10 sec / speed 9.
Transfer to a bowl and set aside
Place copha and chocolate into mixing bowl and grate for 5-10 sec / speed 8
Melt for 4 mins / 90 degrees / speed 3 or until smooth liquid consistancey
Add coconut, rice bubbles, and sugar and combine 5-10 sec / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 3-4
Dollap into cup cake cases and decorate with 100's & 1000's (optional)
refridgerate until set (approx 15 mins)
Tip
If making bars, wrap in foil for school treats. freezes well

Can anyome help me? Can i use coco pops onstead of rice bubbles? Id love to use them up!!
I used coconut oil instead and they were still amazing
Awesome!! Replaced Copha with coconut oil, next time I'll use less sugar though
These are awesome! The kids at my daughters party demolished them! I've only just realised I left out the cocao, but they were still super chocolatey!
My daughter said they were the best chocolate crackles she's had.
Should there be two cophas (250g & 30g)?
