I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Cut the copha into 2cm pieces and place in TM bowl.
Melt at 100 degrees for 5 minutes on speed 2.
Add the icing sugar, coconut, cocoa and rice bubbles.
Mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 for 30 seconds.
Spoon mixture into patty cases and refrigerate until set.
Makes 24 small or 12 large serves.
Tip
If using shredded coconut, turn this into desiccated coconut first by pressing turbo once or twice and set aside.
If using raw sugar, mill on sp9 for 10 seconds first and set aside.
There are loads of healthy alternatives around but sometimes it's nice just to make things the way you always have

Thank you, this is now my go to crackles recipe 👍 I make no adjustments. Definitely recommend.
Delicious! I also added salt. Salty and sweet are meant to be together!!
Just perfect, was astounded by the fact the rice bubbles didn’t mush up.
Excellent, couldn’t believe that the Thermomix didn’t crush the Rice Bubbles.
Great recipe.
I used coconut oil instead of copha, cacao powder and rice puffs. They turned out chewy but great!
Thankyou!
Yummy!
The recipe worked perfectly and was devoured eagerly by all the kids - big and small
Worked well quantities off the rice bubbles pack too
So easy to make. This recipe is always a winner with kids - both to make and eat! We added some mini M&M's to the rice bubble mixture to match our rainbow thea
