  • 100 grams sugar
  • 20 grams cocoa powder
  • 30 grams cornflour
  • 800 grams Milk

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Yogo
  1. Add sugar, cocoa powder and cornflour to the mixing bowl. Closed lid"Closed lid" and mill 5 sec/speed 8. Scrape down side of the bowl.
  2. Add the milk to the mixing bowl. Closed lid"Closed lid" and mix 20 sec/speed 4 to combine.
  3. Cook 9mins/90/speed 4
  4. Pour into individual containers or bowl and place lid or glad wrap to prevent skin from forming. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before placing into refrigerator.
  5. Refrigerate for approx. 3-4 hours or until cooled. Enjoy!

Tip

Cornflour can be adjusted for thinner/ thicker consistency by 5g increments.
