Ingredients
Espresso & Vanilla panna cotta
- 50 grams Freshly boiled water
- 55 grams caster sugar
- 55 grams Espresso coffee
- 235 grams cream
- 55 grams caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 250 grams Philadelphia cream cheese, Cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon Gelatine powder,dissolved in 1, Tablespoon boiling water & cooled

- 1. Place coffee,water,sugar inTo TM bowl for 4 min 80 degrees speed 1
until sugar dissolves
2. Pour into 4 espresso glasses and allow to cool
3. Place cream ,sugar and vanilla bean paste into TM bowl 5 min 80 degrees speed 2
4. 1 min speed 4 drop cut up Philadelphia into through hole and gelatine
5. Spoon the Philly mixture into the glasses and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set
place glasses onto a saucer to serve with biscotti on the side enjoy 👸🏻 - I like to serve with shaved chocolate and a couple of flaked almonds
