- 90 grams cacao butter
- 25 grams cacao powder
- 25-50 grams Maple syrup
- 60 grams dried figs
- 1 Zest, Orange
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Chop 90g of Cacao Butter into segments
2. Melt 37degrees/speed1/12-15minutes
3. Add 25g of Cacao, 25-50g of Maple Syrup (depending on level of sweetness you desire) mix at 37 degrees/speed 3/ 2 minutes
4. Chop dried figs into desire size (mine are approx 1cm squares)
5. Add figs and mix speed 1/"Counter-clockwise operation" /10 seconds
6. Poor into mould and sprinkle the zest of one orange over the top.

Tip
you can add more fig on desired taste. Also an option to add a handful of pistachios for crunch value
