Absolutely love this recipe. 5 stars!
Lovely healthy recipe. As the finished product a little soft at room temperature, really benefits from refrigeration or even freezing, then bring out 5 mins before serving. Actually placed in freezer in small silicon ice cube moulds, which presented really well as all pieces uniform and easy to extract when required. Thanks.

Hi as per step 1, recipie advises to cook nuts at veroma temp, the speed and the time....your tmx will 'roast' the nuts.!!! You will get your head around the tmx language. Enjoy your new machine. Happy cooking.
Hello, I've only had my Thermomix (TM5) a few days. I'd really like to make this but I'm not sure how to 'roast' the nuts in my machine. Is someone able to help please. Apologies in advance if this is a silly question! Thank you.
I forgot to add I found them better straight out of the freezer. Thanks for sharing this healthy and amazing recipe q
