Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

These are amazing! I made them in my tiny waffle maker and they are so crispy. Thank you for the recipe. I only made half the recipe as there are only 2 of us.
Finally found the best gluten free waffle recipe.
We also made it dairy free by using almond milk and nutlex.
So easy
we only got 4 large large waffles using the Kmart waffle iron. But they were super filling and only need one each.
Will definitely be saving this one for next time
well done
Yummy!!
This is by far the best Gluten Free Waffle recipe we have found, so easy to make with ingredients you'd probably already have. We have turned these into pancakes and they work just as good. The best thing is we cook these for grandparents who don't like the taste of anything gluten free, and they still to this day don't know 😆 and they absolutely love these waffles
Great recipe, makes heaps! Have even cooked as pancakes
Really great!
The whole family enjoyed these.
I used milk kefir instead of the milk, left out the sugar and substituted 50g of the flour for almond flour and the kids INHALED them My new favourite brekkie recipe- thanks
oh so yummy!
Yummy! Made perfect waffles in my penguin waffle maker.
