Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place all ingredients except for the rice puffs and cranberries. Mix on speed 4.5 for 20 secs. Repeat if required.

    2. Add rice puffs and cranberries and mix on Reverse, spd 2 for 15 secs.

    3. Pour into desired tin or moulds and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.

*Keep frozen as they melt if left out for a long time.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).     This is delicious. I am a paleo eater and this is great for my terrible sweet tooth. I dont add the cranberries but it is still incredible. You could replace it for saltanas, or almonds? Cooking 7
