Healthy chocolate coconut slice
- 140 g raw almonds
- 260 g medjool dates
- 170 g dessicated coconut
- 40 g raw cacao nibs
- 40 g coconut oil
- 100 g coconut oil
- 60 g cocoa powder
- 70 g agave syrup

- Place almonds, dates, cacao nibs and coconut oil into bowl. Blend 1 minute/speed 8
- Transfer the mixture into a lined slice tin (leave some overhang to lift the slice out with when ready). Refrigerate while you make the topping.
- In a clean, dry bowl, place coconut oil, cocoa powder and agave syrup. Process 10 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Repeat twice.
- Pour the mixture onto the base layer of your slice.
- Refridgerate until completely set then cut into pieces.

Tip
Using cold dates makes it harder to mix together, I recommend leaving them out of the fridge until they are room temperature. Use sunflower seeds instead of nuts to make it nut free.
