Recipe's preparation

    Easy Blend
  1. Blitz all until totally combined. Sp2 building up to Sp 9 for 2-3 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" mins. Scrape out and make in to small balls then roll in coconut. Keep refrigerated until serving or giving away.
    Makes about 40 balls.

Tip

Add 1-2 Tblsp of honey or golden syrup in place of water if you want a sweeter/stickier ball. If using both honey and water, add an additional 2-3 tblsp of oats.
