This turned out really great! Would add a bit more coconut next time to give it more coconut flavour tmrc_emoticons.) yum!!

Also tried tweaking it by adding a bit of pandan essence tmrc_emoticons.)

We recently made this at demo using coconut sugar  instead of raw sugar, it was delicious and had a caramel flavour.  (we also used peel of a normal lime as didnt have Kaffir lime and that still worked really well.)

sorry raspberryz for the confusion, Yes, i did mean corn flour, as the corn flour, sugar, kaffir lime and coconut make the custard powder. tmrc_emoticons.8)

I don't think she meant to type custard powder, she meant the conrflour. As in, 'Make the custard powder by milling the kaffir zest, sugar, cornflour and coconut on speed 10 for 10 seconds.'  That's what worked for me

Hiya - it doesn't mention the quantity of custard powder required?
