- 120 g Almonds (Blanched)
- 20 --- pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- 1-2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Nutella, Optional

Mill 120g of blanched Almonds for approx 10 sec speed 8. Place milled almonds into small bowl and set aside for later
Add 20 pitted dates, cocoa powder and peanut butter to Thermomix bowl. Blend on speed 6 for 20 seconds or mixture resembles a paste. Scoop down sides with spatula
Add milled almonds and protein powder to bowl "Closed lid" and pulse on turbo until evenly combined
If using Nutella, only add 1 tablespoon of honey. If not using Nutella use 2 tablespoons of Honey.
Add honey and nutella (if using) to the bowl "Closed lid" and pulse on turbo until combined. The mixture should be easily roll into balls at this stage. If mixture is dry add small amount of honey and turbo again.
Use a spoon to scoop and roll into balls, should make approx 20. Store in airtight container is the fridge and eat within 1 week
