Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

A family favourite! I’ve also used the cream and condensed milk components as a base for other flavoured ice creams. Mint and choc chip work well. I crush the mint leaves on the stems and leave it in the mixture for a couple of hours before completely freezing, then remove. In the last blend I add chopped chocolate and finely chopped fresh mint. Fruits with a high water content need to be thoroughly dried or the ice cream becomes a bit icy.
This recipe is so good!! 4 ingredients, no cooking! But has the texture of any great bought ice cream and scooped well unlike a couple of othe ice cream recipes I tried. I didnt find the salted caramel taste very strong, but that suited me because I’m a peanut butter LOVER🤤
Lovely! This was my first egg free ice cream & I thought it would be too sweet but it wasn't. It has a lovely smooth texture and balanced flavour. Second time around I added a bit extra salted caramel as I thought it could use a bit more caramel, but just personal preference. Thank you!
yum, thanks for sharing.
This recipe was really easy and the ice cream turned out delicious. Thanks!
Fabulous ice-cream. Easy and so Yummy.
Wow! This is sooooo delicious and yummy. Who would buy ice cream and pay a fortune for it when you can make this so quick and easily at home. I could make a second batch immediately because this won't last unless I find a spot in the freezer to hide it from 3 boys. Great recipe
I made this over the weekend and it was sooo yummy! I used crunchy peanut butter instead of smooth. So yummy with a few peanut chunks through it
Yes you can definitely add peanut chunks to it - yum!
OMG it is amzing
