Place ice into mixing bowl and chop til fine snow, 20 sec/speed 10, gradually increasing speed from 1 to 10.
Add raspberries and chop until fine and blended with ice crystals.
Scrape down bowl.
Replace lid, and with motor running speed 3
"Counter-clockwise operation" , pour cream in through top hole until blended with ice/raspberries and it looks like soft-serve.Serve immediately.
Tip
You could add sugar to step 1, if you don't think the raspberries are sweet enough.
