I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 210 degrees. Combine all ingredients into TM bowl. Knead for 2 mins/"Dough mode" .
2. Place dough in Thermomat (or a warm place) to prove for approx 30 mins.
3. Divide dough in half, stretch or roll each half to ovals approx 0.5cm thick.
1. If you would like to chop marshmellows etc (this is optional)- Place marshmallows and raspberries in TM bowl. Chop sp10/13secs, repeat if required. You want these loosely chopped. Set aside.
2.Spread Nutella over one half of each oval (you can warm the nutella to help it spread if needed). Add toppings including reserved marshmallows and raspberries. Fold over so that the uncovered side of the dough covers the topping, encasing it. Pinch at the sides.
3.Place both calzones in the oven on a tray lined with baking paper/oven Thermomat. Bake for 10-15 mins or until slightly browned. Allow to cool somewhat before serving.
