Superfood Seed Bar
- 175 grams rice syrup
- 80 grams Raw tahini
- 60 grams coconut oil, Warmed to liquid
- 1 level teaspoons Vanilla Paste
- 140 grams pumpkin seeds
- 145 grams sunflower seeds
- 75 grams Goji Berries
- 80 grams Shredded coconut
- 36 grams Black Sesame Seeds
- 24 grams cacao nibs, raw
- 24 grams Hemp Seeds
- 1 pinch salt

- Add rice syrup, tahini, coconut oil (melted) and vanilla, blend 10 sec/speed 5.
Place all other ingredients in a large bowl and combine.
Add half combined ingredients to TM6 bowl, turbo 2 secs x 5.
Add other half of combined ingredients, mix 15 secs/speed 3.5, until combined.
Press ingredients into cling wrap lined tray 21cms x 28cms. Fold cling wrap over and press down firmly.
Place in freezer to set for 30mins.
Remove from the freezer and cut into pieces.
Store in a container and keep in the freezer.
