- 300 g Almonds raw
- 200 g Butter
- 100 g Rapadura Sugar
- 1 egg
Plums
- 1/2 --- Cinnamon bark
- 1 star anis
- 6 Cardamon seeds
- 500 g Sugar Plums

Preheat oven 180'degrees
Mill 300g of Raw almonds
on10/20sec.
add 200g of Butter, 100g Rapadura Sugar and 1 egg

push half of the mixture in a round oiled baking dish
safe half as a crumble topping.
add Cinnamon, Star Anis and Cardamon in mixing bowl and roast 3min/Varoma/2
mill until fine consistence is reached
add halfed and pitted Plums into mixing bowl and
and heat 2min/
pour on prepared base and add crumble on top
bake for 35 min
ENJOY!

Tip
Add plum schnapps to the plum mixture!
and serve with fresh pure whipped cream or cashew cream!

The flavours were lovely but the proportion of ingredients needs some work. Crumble mixture was more like a cake mix. I'm going to try to tweak the recipe by halving the butter. I agree with the other comments that the prep time should also be adjusted to 10-15 minutes.
I'm fairly new to the thermomox and found this one sent me to the basic cookbook to find a few things like the speed for milling. It took me a lot longer than 5 mins prep time. Just trying to get the crumble mix to cover the bottom of the dish was quite fiddly. And the instructions didn't mention having to wash and dry the bowl in between but we got there in the end and it looks good!
