Very nice. I'm going to wind back the nutmeg and cinnamon to a pinch and also freeze the banana as I used powered milk and tap water which gave me a warm smoothie even with the ice.
Yummy! I will drop back the cinnamon and nutmeg to just a pinch of each or omit altogether next time for a single serve so that the banana flavour is the most prominent.

Good flavour and not too sweet! I made mine with almond milk. Will definitely make again.
My hungry 15yr old boy loves this
My daughter Miss 7 and I weren't big fans. The nutmeg was a bit overpowering. I liked the inclusion of oats though and will definately play with including that in other smoothy recipes.
Made this for brekkie for my fussy 4 year old and he loved it. Next time I will freeze the bananas to get a thicker smoothie.
Tasted great and very filling
Delicious and great 'on-the-go- recipe. I ommited the honey beacuse my quick oats were flavoured and added some flaxmeal. Yummy
